A 62 years old male came to the emergency room suffering from chest pain ,dyspnea , orthopnea , frothy pinky sputum and irritability , on examination there was bubbling crepitation and rhonchi all over the chest

The patient has a history of extensive myocardial infarction

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?


Diagnosis: Cardiogenic pulmonary edema
