A 31 years old female came to the emergency room suffering from recurrent haemoptysis and proptosis, on investigations ESR was 110mm/hour, lung contained nodules in the X ray.


He was misdiagnosed early as rheumatoid arthritis.



What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?


Diagnosis: Wegener vasculitis
