A 42 years old female presented with generalised fatigue, malaise with localized pain and swelling in her M.C.P, P.I.P, Wrists, left knee and ankles with prolonged morning stiffness for 2 months.

On clinical examination the swelling was warm and tender.

Lab investigations revealed that

Hb: 10 gm/dl
WBC: 7200 mm
Plt: 480000 /mm
E.S.R: 45 mm/hr
R.F: + ve

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?

Diagnosis: Rheumatoid arthritis
