A 23 years old female complaining from recurrent syncope , shortness of breath , palpitations , platypnoea , fainting , cachexia and chest pain , on auscultation there was rumbling, Investigations revealed that the patient has increased ESR with normal ECG.

What is your provisional diagnosis for this case?




Diagnosis: Left atrial myxoma
